Hasbro 4" Movie Cap Super Cracked Part 1

I have never taken any work-in-progress pictures of customs I've done - until now!  Here are a few pix of the 4" Movie Series Captain America from Hasbro which is slated for eBay this coming Sunday, 04/01.  I got into the habit of taking shots pretty quickly, so I think I was able to capture each stage.  Although I kept finding things that I wanted to do, or add on to be more moo-vy ak-your-8 . . . I finally had to say "ENOUGH!!!"

First time using real leather on such a small scale.

Lil rings-for-slings!

Add a real brass closure for maximum effect.

Thompson is from Dragon.  Was an accessory from their Action :18 line, back about ten freakin years ago!

These are 1911's from Marauder Gun Runners (soon to have the extra screw on the grips)

The inserted neck is from a Hasbro movie Thor.  It's the only neck  I know of with the flesh molded ball.

Gotta glue in the original ball to get a perfect fit.

Oops - I cut too close to the internal disc (see it exposed thru the yellow?).  Loctite'll freeze that up!

Always save your scraps.  I'll use a sliver of an Indiana Jones body to shield the above gaffe, so when glued into the neck hollow, it'll protect the rotating disc.

Ahh, I like that MUCH better already!!
